Anybody can sell you the exact tires you want, the difference between competing shops is service. After going to Discount in Portage I won't go anywhere else. The attention to detail and quality work are second to none. For example, every other shop I've been to used an impact to over secure the lugs and later if I had to remove the wheel I struggled. At Discount they used a torque wrench and tightened them to factory specs, what a novel concept.
They were just amazing.... Called to confirm my tires available. Yes they are. Go in pay and wait. Yep your tires are here. 50 minutes into the adventure I'm told they can only find 3......ugh I'm dying! Someone didn't follow through on paperwork and I'm going to leave with tires that desperately need to be retired! But not the outcome at all!!!!!! Upgraded my tires because they realized the mistake and did what GREAT customer service is! I have told my story over and over and will continue to do so!!! Great work guys!
