I would never go to discount tire in portage Indiana ever again unless you want to be talk to like your a complete moron and made to like you don't know your own vehicle. Maybe Sam, the manager and the rest of the store should take a course in how to treat a customer.
Wanted to charge 100 dollars to unbolt 4 wheels and rotate the tires not to mention i bought the tires and valve stems from there. Shady people mustve thought they were gonna overcharge me and pocket the extra money. It was a 20 dollar job at another near by tire shop that i was able to get it done for a more than fair price. 6.9.18
I bought tires......left instantly 2 check tire pressure lights hit dash......took it back they tell me I can buy sensors......I said well they worked before I came here.........they said oh well......they are really friendly till they get your money....then screw you.....customer service sucks....manager sam is not helpful....
