Usually have good experiences here but the last few have been poor. They cross threaded a lug nut on my wife’s vehicle and I didn’t find out about it until one of her tires blew out while driving and I had to go change it with a tire iron on the side of the road, undoing cross threaded lug nuts by hand sucks. Today’s Date 6/3/21: I spent over $600 on 4 new 65,000 Mile Pirelli Tires. 23,000 Miles and 3.5 years later a mechanic told me they have Excessive Wear and one had a problem. I went to the mechanic due to the steering wheel shaking. The mechanic moved the faulty tire to the rear and the shaking was resolved. I then went to Portage Discount Tire to discuss my tire problem. Very fast service, Brandon at front desk was very friendly and the employee who did the tires was very friendly also and had the 4 tires done in about 15 minutes (very fast). I'm super happy.
