I came in needing four new tires and knowing absolutely zero about what size or what kind I needed! Wes helped me out! He explained all of my options and pricing! Also he didn't make me feel pressured to make a decision or talk to me in a way that made me feel stupid. Thank you Wes!
Came by for tires, was talked out of them for now, still got some tread left and tires are in decent shape! Wes is the manager and I appreciate him looking at the long term relationship vs the quick sell. Will be back when when they need to be replaced.

The people are really friendly, but the wait is always ridiculous. Today, I waited two hours for a rotate and balance. They obviously need more people working.
I had a 0930 appointment for four new tires. The tires were in stock, the service writer was great. I got there about 0900 and checked in, I was out the door, on four new tires, in less than an hour. Sears Auto Centers and NTB tend to make getting tires an all day event. Thanks to the crew at Discount Tire / Keller, I have some spare time this weekend! I will see you guys again soon.
They don't mind letting you stand in front of them for a while before greeting you or helping you. Worst service at any Discount Tire!
