We have been doing business at DT for a couple of decades. They always take care of us. The one time I bought tires from the dealership they put a tire on with a twisted bead. I found out when I was 450 miles away from the dealership, and DT intervened in my behalf and warrantied the tire. They also GAVE me a used tire while I went back and forth with the dealership and before they were able to warranty the tire. I have bought SEVERAL sets of tires from discount tire. Stopped into the Keller store to get the air checked because of low tire pressure light. Sat for 20 minutes, had two people say they would get someone. Still sitting. Is this how you treat your customers after they have spent money with your company?
