Outstanding service! Highly recommend! I haven’t had great luck with large tire shops in the past but they were close and I needed a tire immediately so I pulled in. They didn’t have the exact tire I needed in stock but Jeff went out of his way to make something work to get me back on the road ASAP. In a world where customer service seems non existent anymore, this single visit and employee completely changed my mind about the discount chain of stores, it was an excellent experience!
This location doesn't have it together. Went to pick my car up after they fixed my tire today. I was asked my last name, phone number, and make of my car. Then I was informed that a few minutes before I got there a lady with the same last name came to pick up her husband's keys but they gave her my keys instead. I love Discount Tire! I needed three new tires on the Mini. They are replacing all three but only charging for two in order to honor the warranty on the one I had to replace in Virginia! The guy said, “It’s the right thing to do!” I wasn’t even asking—just told him about what happened and that there were no Discount Tires there. He said, “no, not yet.” This business rocks!
