I like the service I get everytime I go there. I was one of the ones that waited until the last minute to get my new tires so ended up waiting 5 hours to have them put on. I would have really loved having the ability to work while I was there but there was no wifi.
Nice crew - quick and professional ! Check was friendly and I was out at a normal time ! Nice experience and I love my new wheels !

The manager Jason Garrison was such an amazing help! We came in to Discount Tires today with bald tires where they're having the inner thread sticking out and he gave us such amazing customer service! This man deserves a raise in our opinion! He was such a complete help and making sure our 1 1/2 year old is safe while we drive. Now my husband can go to work with no worried on having a popped tire or an accident. Jason was a Rockstar with my tire purchase today! It was a super busy day for them and when I wandered in at the very end of it they still got me set up with new tires even though they had to stay late to make it happen. By the time they got to my SUV they were out of the tires that I bought (told you it was busy!) so Jason upgraded me. No fuss or haggling, just excellent customer service and a super friendly attitude! Thank you Discount Tire guys, now I don't hydroplane anymore in this yucky weather!! :)
