This was my first time ever at Discount Tires. And I will be back. Very professional, respectable team!! I'm amazed. And, they were able to see me 1 hr before closing, despite the huge crowd of ppl. And i didn't have to wait too long. I went to Les Shwab, but they did a half ass job. They put air in my tire, but didn't fix the problem. I woke up the next day with a flat tire. Discount Tires fixed the problem! Thank u. And, free of charge. I will be going back to DT never again to LS. You guys are Great!!�
Can someone please contact me from the Evergreen Location. The evergreen location called but never left a voicemail letting us know if our car was ready. Husband called a few min later and one of the associates needed to check to see if the car was ready for pick up. They said they'd call back in a few min and never did. We are now stuck without a family car on NEW YEARS EVE! We need our car back whether its done or not. Please PM me so that we can get our car!!!

When someone calls 15 min ahead of time and asks about getting wheels swapped right away, is told yes, then arrives to find out that's a lie. It's pretty annoying to drive all the way there to find out they're buried and I can wait 45 min..right away though.
