Amazing customer service. I got some bad tires from the manufacturer and discount tires totally took care of me. The probably lost money on the deal. I'm a customer for life!!

I had an issue with the service taking way too long and the way my car was treated was alarming. The manager went above and beyond to make everything right. It was the first time I had an issue with their usually great service. But the manager, Faron Horlacher, did a great job to make it better. It's much appreciated. Thanks! Second chance yet again not happy ... Time is money folks ... 2 hours for 2 tires 2 different times now unacceptable and no discount given either time .. Great Customer Appreciation ... Faron or the two Derrick's I delt with were no help to me this am ....
