Waited a 1 1/2 when told a 1hr for one tire. My keys were misplaced for a while and was probably the reason why. I was there a 9am and drove from parker. I didn’t feel like I saved money there, just seems like they give you the high price if they can. I won’t be visiting again.

Since I couldn't "post" on the page. Just wanted to give a shout out to Derek, Cory & the rest of the staff for taking such good care of my tire needs for my drive to Vegas. The staff was speedy, friendly and honest.
Discount tire in Lake Havasu city. I have had to take my car back 3 times because of the new front tires I brought. Didn't even get 1/4 from your shop and the tires were shaking. Turned around and went back and they told me they "FORGOT" TO BALANCE THEM. Less than a week later I take it back again for the same reason. This time they want to rotate them. I brought 4 tires for my car, The two in back over 1 1/2 years ago . Went back and brought two for the front, didn't even get on the hwy and the front end was shaking so bad, went back, They then told me they for got to balance the tires. So now I wait again. Go to leave got half way home and the same shaking again. Went back a few days later and was told I needed them balanced again. The team at Discount Tire in Lake Havasu took care of my flat tire yesterday morning. Quick fast and free you can’t get better than that. The counter took the information, shop took the truck and I was back on the road to do what it had, little down time
Your Internet appoitment scheduling is quite frankly a joke. Dont bother doing this, drop vehicle off and come back later. I know better but yesterday was told 1 hr wait to rotate tires, i told them i made appointment, guy says oh ok. Well after a hour and a half later, still not working on my truck, I left, got better things to do. Very disappointed, I plan on letting them know after I not so irritated! Hopefully they treat me better or im done.
Discount Tire is very customer orientated. I have been getting tires from them many years. You can pull up any time and get free pressure check and air, ( a big deal for an old lady). There is a nice clean showroom and waiting room with good reading material. The shop is also kept clean. I've never heard any foul language from the help either.
