Everytime I come the guys, especially Eric, are always really nice and professional.
Dropped my truck off for a flat tire repair. Received a voicemail telling me my truck was ready at 7 pm. Went to pick it up at 8 pm and my tire was completely flat.
Every employee I encountered this morning was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Dustin is the friendliest sales person and he greeted every customer who walked in by introducing himself and asking how he could help. Great job Discount Tire, your customer service is on point!
The technician was rude the first time I came in. Said my tire wasnt leaking air but as soon as I'd drive off it would be flat. The second time I was on a spare. My jack was sitting in the back when they replaced my spare in its compartment they kept my jack.
This will improve when someone calls us back .... waiting. :(
I think they need to give math classes to those workn the desk...obviously there is a line for a reason
They gave us warranty on all 4 tires on our brand new car for a great price that the dealership would not. Thanks!!
