These ppl are awesome I came in with a bent rim they worked on it balanced the tire and put it on the back no charge!!!! You might have to wait a little bit but they always go above and beyond to help you!!!
When you buy a warranty and they say it's no good when I just bought the tire a month ago all they want is your money pisses me off

I want to thank discount tires for having a very calm and professional staff. While Mike was helping me a customer next to me was very angry at one of the employees for their vehicle not being ready yet and he handled very calm and professional.! Place sucks Dick! Had an 8am appointment. Was told they didn't have it in t he system. Will not be back! Been a loyal customer for years! Came to Brazosport Tires and they got me right in! That's service! Fuck Discount Tire and there management!!!!!!
Took almost 2-1/2 hrs to get my tires rotated and then came home to see a "check tire light "I was on. It didn't take them that charge me when I first bought the tires. This is the 2nd time this has happened.
I had a 9:45 am appointment. There was a piece of metal in my tire .the tire tech dismounted the tire removed the metal assembled the tire and reported no leak.I was not called saying my truck was fixed.when i arrived an hour and a half later was informed tire had no leak i disagreed the manager went out and rechecked and found leak .they then moved truvk to rack to fix it again, after it was fixed I asked for them to spray the damaged area to insure it was fixed.I received an attitude from employee when i made request.i thi... read more
I had no issues. They took us in order, had the tires I needed, they were very professional and got me taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks guys
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Made an appt at 1:15 to get a tire fixed. They told us to be here at 1 to do paperwork. Got here at 1. They told us we would be out of here in 45 minutes! WE ARE STILL WAITING!!! Very upset! Especially after we went up after the 45 minutes and asked why they hadnt got to us yet, and they said they were sorry, they don't know what happened but we would be next and out of there in 20 minutes...
