My truck has been there 2 different times. Both were bad. Very long wait. Couldn't find my ticket, didn't let me know when it was done and then didn't even do the job I paid for. Bad tire was still in bed of truck & spare was still on truck. Sad because it use to be better experience when I went there.
Last night I made an appt to have a tire repaired on my car's factory tire. I arrived early and was taken care of immediately. The representatives answered all of my questions and once the repair was done, sent me on my way, no charge. I was very impressed with the level of care and attention that I received and want to commend the Lake Jackson, Texas store for all of their hard work! I will never do business anywhere else!

I was in and out of Discount Tire in about 30 minutes. I selected my appointment time online and specified the service I needed ahead of time. The attendants were extremely nice and very helpful. Well other than a minor ( missing center cap and tire pressures being off ) issues the service was good and the price was very good for my Durango.
