I took my mother's car for two new tires. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was having to wait almost 4 hours.
Sat for two and a half hours thought "I get it your busy." Then walks in a young female before she had even checked in a mechanic came and took her keys. She was in and out in less than thirty minutes and she bought four new tires. I was there to have the tires checked for possible puncture and asked them to balance them!
Thanks to Dominic and the whole crew! Walked in at 30 minutes till closing they stayed late and did a great job.

Once again Discount Tire in Carmel comes through for us! We Always have amazing customer service! Fixed a tire that had a staple in it. No charge and all done the same day! If you need anything tire related this is where to go!
Came in 15 minutes before close because of a flat tire. They fit me in and fixed it even though it was a Friday night. Absolutely amazing customer service. Can't recommend these guys enough.
Unbelievable how unprofessional 1staff member can be and maintain a job. If it were not for the store manager getting involved and taking positive actions I would be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. I should have paid better attention to all the Negative reviews this stores has received!!!
