I have used Discount Tire several times. The employees are always polite and helpful. Tyler helped me on my last visit and was very professional and took very good care of me. When I came back for my tire I was watching employees and how they treat the customers. Tyler walked up to the next lady in line and greeted her by name. Wow, Great customer service Tyler!
The service is so good, that they are busy all the time. Because people like being treated with respect, everyone goes to Discount Tire. All the staff is nice, intelligent, and will always give GREAT Service!!
I will not go anywhere else to purchase tires, or have my tires serviced anywhere but Discount Tire.
This morning I discovered a nail in my tire. It was completely flat. Discount Tire fixed it quickly for no charge! What excellent customer service!!
