RecommendedAfter repeated trips to the four local Firestone locations with no success in fixing my girlfriend's tire on her Prius we went to this Discount Tire location. They figured out what was wrong and fixed it for free. Can't say enough about how great the service was!

Kenny, the store manager, is a shining example of what customer service is all about. In the two times he has helped me in the past few weeks, his focus has always been about getting my issues resolved and making sure that my vehicle is safe to drive. His focus on customer service is above and beyond and is greatly appreciated! I won't go anywhere else for service on my tires.
Honest people excellent service! Was told by Big O the tire was not repairable and 2 new tires were needed. Discount tire patched it no problems for FREE!
Always great service with friendly staff BUT, make an appointment!!! This store is very good & it shows because there is ALWAYS a wait. It's a good problem to have, but a problem none the less. So go see them, but do it via an appointment.

I paid for tires 2 weeks ago, they only had 2 so one of the associates said he would order 2, manager told me call couple days ahead to get it in and out since I had to wait for tires, I called last week I asked if my tires were in, one of the associates said yes, I called Thursday spoke to manager to make an appointment for Friday, he said it's first come and first serve after he told me to make an appointment so I got there early and the assistant manager said ur tires were not here so the manager came over said that's why... read more
