I had an issue with not receiving a discount from a Carmel Football card From the time Discount Tire Corporate Relations emailed me to a telephone call from the store manager, it was seven minutes! The store manager made things right! I appreciate the prompt resolution.
Went in on Monday to get a tire fixed. 2 hour wait, was fine with that, they came and told me that my rim broke while they were trying to take it off. Ok, fine, it is what it is. Then they come back and can't fix the the because there's another nail in the side wall. Ok so I ordered a tire. I call today to make sure they can put it on, $30 they say come on up. Had 4 tires needed to be replaced due to wear. Plus they found nails and screws in wall of my tires. Kenny, Chuck and Scott thanks for all your great help. Price for four tires on 2016 Lexus RX was great and due recommend the warranty wow very cheap price for a huge return. I will be back for tire service.
