What is the point of an appointment if you don't get in on time!?!?!? I even sat and watched them go get another car and told them I was next. Manager Mike, that was not good customer service!
Was fixing to be 5 stars, then I found the center Dodge emblem part of my wheel laying in the driveway while I was mowing. Appears it was broken when they changed my tire and they tried to stick it back in with some tape. Wish they would have told me instead of rigging it up and trying to hide it. If I had lost the piece I would have been very upset. My car was dirty but not ratchet. Kind of don't trust them now. They did have excellent customer service and your in and out quick.
Went in without an appointment and was immediately welcomed and after telling the service rep what I wanted was immediately taken care of! In and out in about one and a half hours!
These guys were great!!! Highly recommend. Repaired my flat tire for free, and had great customer service. Will come back for my new tires. Thanks
Excellent customer service! I held on to my tire pressure monitor that another business told me I had to replace for $125 and Discount Tire checked it and verified that there was nothing wrong with it
