I normally love the service I get here but today, now as I'm waiting, is a different story. My tire pressure light came on so I wanted to see what was going on before I got stuck in this ice and cold we are having today. Before even looking at my tires the representative tried to say I needed all 4 new tires. When I told him I thought I had a warranty on my tires he changed his story and said that only two needed to be replaced. Left d/s rear window down. Had to tell them to replace all the lug nuts twice. Asked if they had a certain tire they told me to look it up on the internet. Then they couldn’t even reset the tire sensors right. Screw that place!!!!!!

So I dropped my tire off at 2:30pm on Monday, there was a “2 hour wait” and I would “get a call” about my tire. By 6:30 I realize no one called me so I wasn’t reminded to pick up my tire. I called and left a voicemail, to the store AND corporate but I still had to call them again on my own and ask about my tire. Dude on the phone is real nice but also says “oh yeah they put it to the side” without even asking me who I was.
