RecommendedI had some issues with a recent install of 4 new tires. I was very impressed with how quickly management responded and corrected the situation very well. Based upon this outcome I would highly recommend this dealership!

they should offer more information when you call. we weren't even offered an appointment but was told to come on in. we waited 2 hours because they kept putting people ahead. we had a Dr appointment at 2 and was told we would be finished in time. at 145 we asked how much longer and they didn't even know who we were then said it's going to be a while. A while? you mean like more than the two we already wasted? 😂 overall bad customer service.
Overall I had an amazing experience, all of the staff were very friendly and Mito the manager took very good care of me along with Kolton’s help. Very good prices on the rims and tires I purchased and would recommend them to anyone and everyone in Lawton for their professionalism, Quick working and friendliness.
They are efficient and thorough with great customer service. They have always taken great care with my vehicles.
