Went in to buy tires for our boat tailor. We bought two tires with rims got home and the rims were different on the tailor. Jarred went above and beyond expectations in returning the rims and getting the new tires mounted on our rims. Excellent service. All staff was friendly and courteous. The young man that mounted the tires was amazing. Found it VERY REFRESHING that he started "have a blessed day" as he loaded the tires in our car. Will be back to buy all tires, rims and wheels with this business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
All the employees there had a wonderful attitude and are very helpful with customers. When I went in I knew they were going to be busy with customers all because of 4th of July just had ended. I also knew I was going to be waiting for a while for them to get my tires fix. (Which I ABSOLUTELY do not mind waiting at all) Bryce answered all the questions I had and he also took the time to explain what kind of tires I needed for my car, which I am very thankful. Excellent service! I went there June 7th and got 2 new tires! Awesome service! I will never go anywhere else! Their entire staff was professional and friendly!
Just stopped by with a flat tire in hand. They called to tell me it was fixed and that they would put it on for free. I was amazed as they had warned me that it might not make it. When I came back, they kept finding more leaks. They'd patch it and find another. Maybe they felt bad that they told me it was fixed and then it wasn't? Not sure, but they replaced my tire for free. I am so filled with gratitude! I probably won't be shopping for tires in Lawton any time soon, but maybe you. These guys are trustworthy and awesome!
Customer service is IMPECCABLE!!! The staff that took care of us in February was awesome. VERY polite and helpful. Travis went above and beyond to get what we needed done and the guys did a GREAT job! Had to go back today after we got a nail in one of the tires. Wendell was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He had me in and out in NO TIME! Keep up the great work, Discount Tires!! You guys are awesome.
