Mark really knows his stuff. Mistakes may happen, but THAT is when your customer service skills are put to the test. This is where I suggest all my friends and family come for their tire needs.
May I suggest that next time you special order something, like wheels, that you check the accuracy of the shipment prior to your customer driving 20 miles for a scheduled appointment to then learn that you received the wrong size. I run a business, and it is customary to assure you receive what you order. Had that been the case, you would have saved me the trip, avoided a half day away from my office, and gained a customer.
