Friendly staff and awesome customer service.
It was 5:05 pm and I pulled in, not realizing they closed @ 5:00. An employee came out to greet me asking what I needed (even though they were closed) told them one of my new tires that I purchased last week was almost flat. They pulled it in and there was a huge nail in the sidewall that made it unrepairable and put a loaner tire on until my new one came in. I was in my way in 20 mins safe & sound. Always super nice and accommodating
Got a flat tire and needed a new one. They had the tire I needed in stock and I let them know I work three buildings down from them and I’ll be there till 7 and their shop closes at 6, they told me not to worry, someone can come drop my car off for me! Amazing and friendly and willing to work with you if you’re having any issues! Also wonderful prices on tires and they’re very knowledgeable and will let you know when your tires need to be replaced! I’ll never go to another tire place again!
Hubby and I have been coming to this location for a couple of years now. Great people and great service. Definitely best to call for an appt. They do get busy and I think the word is out that this place is awesome. :)
Great group of people that works here. Easy to talk to and work out the problems. Courteous employees, they don't try to scam you and steal your money. They worked out my issues really fast. They even have complimentary coffee and water bottles.
They took great care if my Subaru by going the extra mile and doing more than I requested.
