Always very helpful, excellent customer service! Had a bolt in my tire and unknowingly arrived a little after closing on a Friday evening and the guys didn’t hesitate to fix it for me!
These guys are the best! Showed up 20 mins after close and they took great care of me and replaced my tire at no cost because of their incredible warranty! Thanks guys!!
The staff is always friendly and the prices are reasonable but it is NEVER quick. Even with an appointment. For me, the free tire rotation is not even worth it, as it takes 45-60 minutes++, unless you make an appointment super early in the day. Guess it's a good thing for the business that they are always busy. Not so good for those of us that don't have an hour to wait for a tire rotation or nail plug.
Been using them for about 15 years now. 3 sets in about 5 years from this store. Closest store for about 30 minutes for me. Went in around 11:30 for a rotation and balance. Was told it would be 2 and a half hours. Wouldn't let me make an appointment for later that day. Went in at 4:30 with only two people waiting in the lobby and was told they close at 5 and couldn't help me till Monday. As a former employee of this store i know how long it takes to do something. Brad provided excellent customer service. The store was clean and my car was ready when promised. The tires are great too. It was my first visit but it won't be my last. See y'all soon with the next vehicle.
