Aside from some of the techs that were unable to drive my 6 speed Rouch Mustang the entire staff was professional and fast. They did a great job and did it with a great attitude.
They were great! Said it would be about 45 minutes & I don't even think it was 30 minutes! All of them were very friendly & nice!! ��
I had a slow leak which they found & repaired in record time. I will definitely be back when I need tires. Friendly, polite staff.
My experience has always been great, until this weekend when I went to change the brakes on my wife's car and the lug nuts were only finger tight on one of the wheels. I will continue to take my vehicles to discount but will ALWAYS INSPECT THEIR WORK.
They are the best. I have never waited terribly long and if I did the staff is so attentive. They have taken care of my tire needs for the past several yrs. I know I can depend on them and that's important to me being a single person.
I bought my tires there. Went back for a slow leak. They found the screw and had it plugged in less time than they estimated. The waiting lounge is comfortable with complimentary water and a bar with picture window to view progress on your vehicle. I will get my next set of tires from them also. Very satisfied.
Put one of my new tires on a blatantly bent wheel. Lost air two times, went back those two times. They didn't "notice" anything the first time. And the second time they filled it which obviously wasn't going to hold up and did not! Not telling me how bent it actually was. Wish I could post the picture of how bent it is! Picture is in comment section.
I bought two used tires back in Aug of 2015. I got a piece of metal in one and it went flat yesterday. I took the tire back to them today and they gave me a new tire to replace it. Cost of the new tire $92. What I paid after the warranty they put on ALL TIRES THEY SELL...$25. Excellent customer service. I will never buy tires any where else!!
