We just went in to get a tire repaired, the customer service was fantastic and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the repair was free even though we hadn’t bought the tire from them! We’ll definitely go back the next time we need tires!

They’re kinda busy on the special day after Thanksgiving, y’all know what I meant. To me, Discount ‘s still the best - great customer services, everyone 're friendly and nice and Michael Fisher is one of them. Brought our Honda in for four new tires. They were fast and efficient. There was a small mistake made with the wrong key being put in the ignition. But Discount Tire was amazing and took full responsibility and paid to have the key removed. I fully believe that Discount Tire should be commended for their amazing customer service even when mistakes are made! I would most definitely recommend bring your vehicle here! I will definitely come back myself!
