RecommendedNormally pretty good service but after standing in their store for 20 mins watching them answer phones and tell people they would be with them in a second I had to go. Never acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. Guess I will run to tire plus to get my Tpms checked

I had a nail in my tire yesterday May 7th. Raining cats and dogs outside. AUSTIN was the sweetest person ever!!! Holding the umbrella so I did not get wet. I could not be happier with Discount Tire and Austin at the Derby store. Happy customer Kathy Adkins RN
I’ve had issues with shaking in my tires and was working with a tire shop (won’t say the shop) for 3 weeks trying to figure it out. They came to conclusion my tires were defected. Brought my truck to Discount Tire for a second opinion. They stated my balance were WAY OFF. Got my truck done and brought it on the road and the SHAKING was GONE. Shout out to Ian and the crew for taking care of me on May 7th 2019 approx. 120PM.
