Absolutely do not go here. My husband got 4 tires put on at this business and his lugnuts were hand tight, since they weren't on right it damaged his suspension and his tire and we are continuing to find things messed up after this due to his tires being put on incorrectly.

Always super friendly and efficient . Their customer service is better than any other place I’ve taken my car. They will even cut up with you and make you feel better when things are stressful. They always do such a great job and are very knowledgeable . Will always recommend .

dropped my truck off for new tires, after 6hrs i went to check on my truck since it was nearly closing time, and the truck was not even touched. 8 years and 5 sets of tires discount lost a customer

Went way above the call of duty to take care of our vehicle to help get us back on the road with our rescue dogs
The personnel here are fantastic. I witnessed one of the employees hurry outside and offered his arm to escort an elderly lady into the store. Just don’t see that anymore. Along with their professional attitude and work ethic I will always go to discount tire as long as I’m breathing.
Best customer service ever!!! Super friendly! My wife just called me and told me that she took her car in, because it was shaking (hit a curb and knocked it out of balance) today... Not only did the Discount Tire - Wichita/Derby Team balance my wife’s car, but they also repaired the tires with nails all for free! To top it off... One of the tires had a nail in the sidewall, The discount tire team did not want my wife to have to drive on the tire so they replaced the whole tire with a new one for free! What amazing people!
