Very courteous and professional experience! The young man who waited on me was very courteous and pleasant to work with. While waiting, I was offered coffee or bottled water. My tire had a leak in it which was fixed as well as the stem valves...all covered under the tire certificate! Thank you Discount Tire!
RecommendedI previously purchased tires from Tires Plus in Wichita and when I ran by there to ask them to look at a tire that wasn't holding air I was told they "couldn't work me in" and to make an appointment. I ran by discount tires on my way through Derby. I was helped immediately and on my way again in 30 minutes. Their customer service can't be beat. Will definitely be purchasing all our tires there from now on!
I called about an issue with my tire and Cody was very friendly and professional on the phone. He told me I could just come on by. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Sean. He was also super nice and helpful. He explained to me that I was indeed ready for new tires but in no way was he pushy or like a typical salesman. I waited about an hour, which was fine with me because I had things to take care of on my phone anyhow. They found a nail in my tire, removed it and repaired it at no charge. Excellent service every since the first time going, I’d have to say by far the best place ever. Got me in and out in 35 min without an appointment.
Just had a bolt and a nail removed from my tire. The guys at Discount Tire in Derby fixed it up at no charge. They also did a diagnostic check of the vehicle, with a suggestion to replace an ongoing issue I was already aware of. I had some time to speak with a customer who used them several times. He had nothing but praise. I'll be back for tires, before the summer ends. Great service!

Every time I go in they make my visit better than the last. I went to drop my car off last night to have new tires put on while I was at work today. I was told that if I had the time they could actually go ahead and mount the new tires right then. So, since my husband had showed up to take me home we went grocery shopping and made it back in time to get my car with new tires on it. This meant I did not have to go a day without my vehicle. I can't wait to see how the next visit goes. Thank you for doing what you do!
