Also a HUGE shoutout to Discount Tire in Norman for hooking me up today. Needed a new tire and rim and ended up leaving with four new alloys to replace my steel rims and two new tires for a very affordable price. On top of the great prices I was met with amazing service. Thank you
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! David and Spensor, and the rest of the staff have honored their warranty on my wheels AND tires and went above and beyond in making the exchange "hassle" free. In Oklahoma, the land of potholes and red grit, don't trust your tires to anyone else.
This is the only place I will go for tires. Courteous service is always a priority with them. The only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is that I feel they should clean the coating off of the tires when they are mounted, instead of me having to do it afterwards. Not a deal breaker by any means, but it would be nice.
I showed up 20 minutes before closing time to have a leaking tire repaired. Spenser quickly and professionally got me checked in, unfazed that it was nearly closing time. After a quick tire tread evaluation, and my car's flat was getting fixed. A brief wait in the clean and comfortable lobby, and I was all fixed up.
