Today when I was traveling to Oklahoma City I got a flat tire. I called to see how quickly I could get in and out if I brought my car in. I was told about 45 minutes which would have been pushing it but I decided to chance it. When I got there I told them I was in a hurry because I was trying to get to a job interview. James got his crew right on it and I was in and out in record time!!! Needless to say I was very happy with the service today and would highly recommend this location to anyone who asks!

with covd 19, o e of the workers didn't have his mask covering his face, helping a man not wearing a mask. this place is packed and everyone but that one man respected the city ordinance, then having an employee not wearing a mask properly can potentially cause more people to get sick.

Discount Tire in Norman, OK went above and beyond today! The trim blew off my tire near their location with just a few minutes before they closed. We called them and they stayed open for our emergency. I'M SO THANKFUL. THANK YOU! I'm sure they were ready to go home and I appreciate their exceptional and fast service. I have to say, I am THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED with this place. I have purchased tires here before, but different vehicle. So I had a leak on my new vehicle tire and took it up here to be repaired and they repaired it and didn't charge me anything. AWESOMENESS 👍 I will DEFINITELY be going back when I need new tires. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

It will be a cold day in hell before I ever use this place again. First they put a tire on my van and instead of putting my full-size spare back we’re it actually goes they just threw it in the back of my van. I went back there and had them put the spare where it is supposed to go, under my van’s middle row passenger seat. They claimed they did it, I mistakenly took their word for it.
