Very nice people! 4 new tires, and I was in and out in less then an hour!
I bought 5 new tires for my son in laws truck in September 2015. My daughter was driving it and got a bolt in the tire. We put the spare on and took the bad one back for the replacement! My son in law was told the warranty wasn't any good not because of the bolt? But because they installed the wrong size tire for the rims on the truck? Seriously? If you don't make this right? You are going to get all kinds of free advertising from me. I have recommended this Norman store to alot of people, that's coming to a stop!
Every time that I am in your store and get serviced by Paul, I am a very happy customer. I have seen him over the years between the Moore and Norman store and he is the best customer service employee ever! He is always kind and gets me out earlier than I expect! Today, I just came in for air in my tires and he had them rotated and found two nails in two tires. I always feel so taken care of! Thank you for keeping him there as a wonderful representative of your company!
