All I had done was have 2 tires balanced because I would get a shimmy in the steering wheel at higher speeds turns out I was right the 2 front tires were out of balance. That being said the customer experience was great, I mean absolutely top notch. The front counter guy came out to greet me just as I was stepping out of the car. He was respectful and listened to my issue and gave me his undivided attention.
