I was greeted by a courteous young man who took care of my low pressure light, tire rotation, and fixing a valve stem issue..all free of charge..The facility is extremely clean, cold water or hot coffee is available, and the women's restroom was roomy with a diaper changing station..Thank you, Discount Tire, for helping me yesterday! I appreciated everything!

Took my car in to have the tires rotated (it had been a while since I had it done) I was told my tires had seen better days. They spent time with me going over when I purchased them and how many miles I had gotten out of them. We've been loyal customers since you opened. We've purchased tires and wheels for our multiple cars & always been extremely happy. Cory, Santino & Baron have ALWAYS gone above & beyond us and every other customer who walks thru their door. Recently I had an issue with a rim on my Lexus & once again they went above & beyond and did the unexpected to help me. Great customer service is hard to find, but these guys are the epitome of it! Cudos to Discount tire, you've got customers for life!!

My husband and I both have got new tires within a few months of each other recently and each experience has been great! Marecus helped us with my tires and knew the exact conversation he had with my husband previously regarding them. I had to go today due to a tire light on. Unfortunately I had a piece of metal in one of my tires and Cory was quick to act to get me a loaner tire and order a new one.
