These have been the worst set of tires I have ever owned. Had an issue at the beginning of the year and was told I needed two new tires which I did not. Now I called and asked about the road hazard and because I bought the two new tires it was voided.
This is my second tire I've bought from Discount Tires in Collinsville - they made me feel very comfortable , never felt like they were pressuring me , always treated me fair- they even price matched my last tire and gave me a refund for the difference! I will definitely refer all my friends to them.
I just had an experience that blows my mind. My wife and daughter to get tires for her first car. Of course you tried to sell the the most expensive tires that you had but when I had them ask about a certain brand they were tld they were unsafe. Thats when I drove up there because I was certain they heard wrong but nope I ws also told they were unsafe. I don't know what would be worse if you used that tactic to upsale or if you really advertised and sold unsafe tires. You used to have a loyal customer and thats why I felt ok... read more

Corey is who I usually deal with but all these guys are great...I wouldn't let any other place take care of my tires. They are courteous, fast and reliable. They even beat any prices without hassle.
