If I could give Discount Tires 10 stars, I would. The staff is very friendly, honest, knowledgable and respectful. They send email reminders about tire rotations/pressure checks. When I schedule an appointment, I never wait longer than 30 minutes. I'll never buy tires from anyone else!
Would definitely recommend Discount Tire! I work across the street and came to work through the Starbucks construction and ran over something that had my tire completely flat before I parked. I called them and told them I could get over there at 5:45 and they said no problem. There were able to stay late and help me out and get me all fixed up for a very reasonable price. Will be going back for all my tire needs.
These guy's are AWESOME! Called them the night before to make sure the had the tires we wanted in stock. They told us to come by anytime the next day. We show up at 12:30 or so had both tires changed mounted and the truck pulled around in under 15 minutes. We will definitely be back.
My daughters tire went flat right at 5:55 yesterday. We were leaving the next morning for a Christmas trip to Texas. Cori stayed open and let me run in and get my tire fixed. Thank goodness. It was a terrible flat and the whole tire had to be replaced. Thanks so much to all the guys who stayed late on a holiday week to fix the tire. We are so thankful we weren't out on the highway and had a blowout. You guys rock and I'm so thankful for your wonderful customer service!
The Collinsville,OK location is spectacular!! I've never wrote a review before but this place deserves it. The moment I walked in I was impressed with how attentive they were and showed such respect to their customers. I heard one employee call a costume to check on his tire light to make sure it went off for him. They got me fixed up right away it was clean just a great great place to deal with.
I am super satisfied with Discount Tire Collinsville!! We bought tires quite a few months ago and we recently had some concerns come up about the tires we purchased. JT the manager took care of our issues with great compassion!! He definitely has his customers concerns in mind! We are a lifetime customer!!! Thank you JT for helping us today!! I will tell my friends and family!!

I woke up yesterday with a low tire pressure warning. I generally go to a different Owasso business for tire issues, but I went to Discount since it was closer to my house. I know the speed of service can depend on what they have going on, but they had me in and out in 20 minutes. They located the problem (a nail) and patched my tire for free.
