I work in Houston...live here in Harlingen. I will never to another Discount Tire except here...Never have I seen Customer Service anywhere this...Jr.(junior) sweetest young man...you guys are the best, and should be paid accordingly .... Stephanie Green...6/24/17
I went yesterday because the "check pressure" light came up on the dashboard. They find a nail in a back tire and fixed it...and also showed me a slash in my front left tire. When I explained my financial status, they found me a good tire for a reasonable price. I wish I could remember the salesperson's name, but I was impressed at how he showed concern that I needed a safe tire. I'm going back next week to replace another tire.
Service was excellent. I when in purchase mud tire for my new ride within 40 minutes I was out. Those guys where hustling as a team .
