Discount Tire in Harlingen bad service bad management Second time they try to sell me rims. The manager was not helpful at all and wouldn't sell me tires because in his opinion my rim needs to be an 8" for the 315 75 16 mt I have on my excursion now and I wanted new AT so my 7 1/2 rim is to narrow for the new tires.. The load was fine so there should be no problem on the rim. He said I can't help you and will not be able to put tire on for you. Excellent service! I came in 30 minutes before closing and had four new tires installed.
This Discount Tire has the BEST customer service in the valley! Last month, I had a flat, and yesterday, I had another flat but used the spare until now. These gentlemen always make sure I'm taken care of!!
