I feel like they scammed me. All my tire sensors were fine before they replace my tires and now one is bad after the new tire went on. They claim the battery died on the sensor. I find it hard to believe the battery died while they were changing my tires. Now I have to pay for a new one and wait around for an hour plus for them to replace it

Do not take your car to this location because they will scam and steal parts from you!! I went for a basic patch for my tire. The mistake I made was handing over my keys so this man search for a part that he said I didn’t have to unlock the bolts on my tires. I know for a fact that I had a key in my glove box. He stoled my key and on top of that he a huge ass nail that was not there before I got to to that place. Horrible service! Did not inform me that they 'forgot' my car and did not get the tire changed, not completing the job at the time they stated. Resulting in an extra trip for me. Then after promising to save the tire as under warranty, they 'lost' it. A very lame bunch. If you go there often, you can see why as it is a constantly rotating cast of characters. SOmething is wrong when a store like this cannot keep its employees.

This place totally took advantage of me. They overcharged me for two used tires that maybe have a thousand miles a piece on them more than what I already had. They jacked me up in the air before telling me the price, and I told them to take it off the Jack I was not going to pay $60 a piece for a used tire. I guess an owner came out and said well we'll do it for 40 a piece. As I'm still jacked up in the car now for 30 minutes I guess it was a way to punish me for not paying the $60 a piece. Very bad experience bought tire took it back 3 time every time the said the fixed it and it wasn't fixed still vibration. Will never go again I took it to a different one and they said my center rings in my after market rims were no good and that they should have checked it first... the worker on the third time was prissy because I bought it back but they should have fixed it right .not a good place to go at all. Always in a hurry and don't fix things right they also put red duck tape on my center cap in stead of fixing it ... read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. DROVE 2 CARS 1 HOURONE WAY FOR WINTER TIRE CHANGEOVER ALREADY ON WHEELS. TURNED AWAY, NO WALK INS. WAS FULLY PREPARE TO DRIVE 60 MILES HOME AND BACK TO PICK CAR UP ANYTIME AND THEN DRIVE BACK. NOPE. EVEN AFTER SPENDING $10K ON TIRES AND WHEELS FOR MULTIPLE VEHICLES. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO TIRE PROMISE

Extremely rude staff . Very unprofessional and will try to upsell you on tires that are only a year and half old (that are 65,000 mile tires) instead of honoring free flat repair . We bought new tires for our daughter a year and half ago from discount tires to be used as a safety net . She notices a low front tire, instead of checking the air pressure or finding what’s in the tire they tried to upsell new tires and even went as far as using scare tactics . Go to Gallatin Discount tires where they are trustworthy.

Jeremy located our tires right away and I had them mounted and balanced the next day. Their service was great and they were very professional. I have been dealing with Discount Tire, same store, for over a decade. Up until recently I have been quite satisfied, but over the last 18 months to 2 years the store, or the store approach has changed. I have noticed that whenever I go in for a rotation I am told I have a bad tire that's unsafe and needs to be changed. Even though I have noticed no issues driving.
