RecommendedGreat friendly service. Went in for tire rebalance and rotation. Was in and out less than 20 minutes.
I went a few weeks ago to have my tires done and at first I was not happy, I even wrote a negative review but have since removed it since the manager Daniel contacted me and fixed me right up. He went above and beyond and worked on my tires himself to fix my problem. I would definitely go there again, and will for my 9k mile rotation and re-balancing . Thanks again Daniel you rock. Shout out to this Discount Tire. Came in after getting off work late, panicking because I'm making a long drive tomorrow. They did a tire check for me, and recommended I get a rotation. I didn't want to inconvenience them so close to closing but they accommodated me and generally had a concern for me driving so far without the proper tire servicing. Love Discount. Won't ever buy my tires anywhere else. ���
We had a blow out in Harlingen on our way home from vacation. Was in a hurry to get our grandson to Houston for a mission trip. Daniel was absolutely awesome. He went above and beyond and got us up and running in less than an hour with a whole new set of tires. So thankful for him.

I understand that I came Jun when it was busy. I was given a time of N hour and half and it took them 3 hours. the other thing that I did not like was they assisted a guy that got there after I was there.
I went to get my tires on my Ford F-150 balanced and rotated. You guys did a GR-8 job.
I wouldn't say I hated it.....but slowest service I have ever experienced in my life. I understand that today was a busy day but I've been here for 3 hours and they just now put my car into the bay to work on it. I have LITERALLY witnessed every single person from the last three hours that came in after me get there cars in and out even before their hour was up. What did they do lose my keys for 3 hours? I've never been so disappointed and upset in my life.
Was there on Friday and I experience the best customer service!! John very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in his field! He took pictures under my vehicle to show me the damage that my tires had (that were not visible) due to a recent trip to Arizona. My tires had no tread and I could of had a blowout at any moment. I am thankful that he took that extra step to keep my family safe! I highly recommend this place to everyone! I came home with brand new tires and felt so much safer driving home!! �
