Worst tire place. Placed $3,000 plus order. Told them I was on a dead line and needed them by Saturday . I placed the order Monday. Was told it will be there by Thursday multiple times, that didn't happen then turned to Friday. Then that turned into Monday. Now I'm leaving state for two months and can't have my order and won't be able to compete in a series of 4×4 competitions... Total B.S. this place needs shut down or should of comp my whole order. Never had such an amazing experience with a tire shop. Daryl not only helped me when I wasn't able to patch my tire, but he went above and beyond to give me options to find a resolution. I cannot thank him and the whole staff at Discount tire enough!

Yesterday I came in for my tire rotation and the service was great! This was my second visit here and the gentleman who was taking my info was courteous. Each visit I felt informed and my vehicle was well taken of. Will definitely be back and highly recommend to others!
Best tire place in Springfield. Always helpful. The tire insurance/warranty is an amazing deal.
