I'm changing my recommendation. I recommend you go somewhere else. ANY PLACE ELSE. After getting a front set of Coopers my lug nuts came loose! 4 out of the 5 on the left. I'm talking almost OFF loose. Right side had an incorrect lug that is drove home. Went back to store. asked him to look up notes on my purchase to see if it said anything about a wrong lug. Nope. Very poor customer service, bad experience with trying to change out a tire. I do not recommend this place to anyone!
While I’m making recommendations this weekend, I have to recommend Discount Tire! We’ve bought many, many sets of tires there. They are ALWAYS very friendly, great price, and stand behind their products. Ken has a slit in one of his tires, and they replaced it for free. Second time. Won’t buy tires anywhere else!
Great service and the guys were so friendly. Got in and out in less than an hour.
First time I had ever used this location. Got tires put on in September. Started to notice not even a month later, that the passenger side tires were both losing air faster than the driver's side. This was exacerbated in the Winter cold. I called to see if they could check the tires for any maintenance problems and was immediately told that I had opted out of their "Hassle Free Warranty" but they were willing to try to sell me a pro-rated one.
