Excellent attention to re-tire my auto. Thanks for prompt delivery of re-tirement.
First they stripped 2 of my lug nut bolts and nuts and blamed it on me. Then realized they never put my Chevy caps back on my rims. Called multiple times and they said they would look into it and try to find them. Month and a half later still no word. If I don't get my caps replaced or get reimbursed for them if I have to order I will file a complaint to the BBB and tell everyone I know to never do buisness with these people again.
What a joke! I went in at 0945 to get tires rotated. Was told it would be and hour-hour and a half. Three hours later I'm still sitting there and my car I still in the lot! What a joke!

Just came in for a rotate and balance, which I get done for free since I got my tires here. Was told I'd be a 2 hour wait but they got done in 1 So, got that done. Went to dinner. Drove home to Jacksonville. As soon as I get off 72 into Jacksonville, I have the low tire pressure light come on. Go home and check air. Three tires are fine, the other, the drivers side rear, is low. So, went to Hucks gas to put air in it. Hopefully it holds up.
I was told an hour an a half for my tire . We've been sitting here for two hours and I was just told there are 4 cars in front of me still. I've already paid and I'm literally stuck here with my child and no car. When I walked up to check why my car hasn't moved the guy said let me guess they told you an hour and a half like it was funny and didn't offer to fix their mess up in any way.
