Wow! I had an excellent experience today. I had a 12pm appt for a set of new tires. I got there about 11:40am. The place was packed! I had never been there before. 7-8 ppl waiting in line and another 7-8 waiting in chairs. Afyer about 5 mins the mgr saw this and came out and checked in the ppl in line with his cell phone. These guys are the best. Polite and courteous service. Patrick and Caleb were wonderful. Highly recommended and our only choice for tires!

I just had tires installed on my travel trailer. Staff did a great job. They were friendly, professional, and the turn around time was excellent. I will be back.
!!!!!! TOP NOTCH !!!!!!! They customer service is something wish other businesses should do! These guys and gals absolutly go above and beyond. I have been going there for 6 years. and a buddy of my had his son take in a tire that he didnt even buy there and got it plugged from a nail FOR FREE!!! Prices are the best around nobody can beat'em. They offer a CC which makes it very convenient to get a better tire than you would normally have gotten paying out of pocket! A complete asset to the Springfield area!
A few weeks ago I brought my van to your store in Springfield IL that had a tire that was quickly going flat. They didn't carry the brand name of my other tires so I asked them to just put the spare on. When I came to pick it up they put on one of their tires and said to just return it when I got my new tire. They didn't want me driving 45 miles home on my spare tire. They did this at no charge. I have told many people about my positive experience there. Very impressed with their service. Thanks so much!
