The tires we ordered weren't compatible with my rims so they ordered the upgraded quality at no extra charge, went out of their way to make sure the kids and I would be safe on the road for the next few days. I should have all new tires by Thursday. Yay! The staff here is awesome. Thanks guys. You rock.
After leaving the dump yesterday we had a catastophic tire puncture that very quickly flattened our tire on our trailer. We went to Discount TIre on Kolb and pleasantly found out that our tire was still under warranty. While there I was treated with excellent customer service (something that we have consistently gotten for the last 12 yrs from every Discount Tire location we have visited) and the tire was replaced and mounted within an hour. Just want to say thank you. I drive 80 miles a day. stopped in because my tire was losing pressure every week or two. They fixed my tire (a nail) and sent me on my way NO CHARGE! Thank you Discount Tire!
I got the road hazard warranty and they did not warranty my tires because they said it was vandalism! They don't want to take care of the customers. Heading to Jack ferriers! Going somewhere where I know I will be treated right!
