Totally happy with my Chevy Impala and Discount Tire. Sylvan, my Chevy told me my tire needed attention. Then Discount repaired the nail for free! Yay! Chevy, Yay! Discount Tire and Big Yay! Had a leaky tire they fixed everyone was pleasent only one thing that was bad was the wait an hour and a half
I am sad to report that Discount Tire has done the ultimate disservice. One of their employees has stolen from my car. It is particularly disheartening due to the fact that it was a simple, $2.00 item. I am now forced to go buy a new lighter for my car. Although I do not allow smoking in my car, I want to have the ability to use the lighter if needed. If I can not trust them with something so simple, how can I trust them with my car in the future.
