This place is the only place to buy tires ! Trust me ! Great prices , can’t be beat , quality tires at great prices ! Fast friendly service ! I tell everybody bout this place ! Shop is clean too ! Wish there sold Harley tires n commercial lawn care tires ! Hint hint, I’ll be back for the rear tires as soon as possible
I called DT 30 min before the store closed this evening, and spoke with Ben. Not only did he welcome me in, he and the staff were super friendly and understanding of my urgent need! I am so appreciative of the superior customer service!
Excellent customer service by all at Discount Tire. However, Shaun & Monte went above and beyond to help me!! Super nice, told me about and applied every kind of special that I qualified for. I earned a tread warranty on all tires since I bought my old ones from D.T. I drove over 2hrs just to purchase from D.T. and I'd do it again every time!!! My appt time was 5pm but didn't show up until 530 (b/c of that long drive). I thought I might have to reschedule, but Shaun, Monte and the boys in the shop stayed until 7pm to finish ... read more
It's a tire store, right? Right. But guess what? These folks are professional, efficient and friendly. As I waited for my car (a grand total of 20 minutes), I observed these folks with others, and was very impressed. I know it sounds odd...but...I found my tire store.
Will always and forever be a #DiscountTire girl! LOVE this location! Stopped in to get my tires checked after driving through some screws on the road and the manager remembered me from when I came in last time for my rotation. Love, love, love!
