I live in Ocala, Fl and we are customers of Discount Tires here locally. Last Friday, my 76 year old Mother and I were in Lakeland for a funeral, I ran over some type of construction bolt, which went through the right rear tire of my F350. I pulled into a parking lot to check it and instantly my tire started going flat. I have fairly new tires and knew this was going to be an expensive bolt. The manager up there is very honest and respectful. He will listen to what you need and show you all the options there is. There is no trying to up sell you tires you can't afford. Every employee is very courteous and respectful. The tire warranty is worth every penny. No question warranty, blow out tire get another one no cost. Unless you buy the warranty again. I have bought three sets of tires and one set of wheels. My family will only buy tires here. We absolutely love them.
