While waiting for my tire installation I observed how they serviced the other customers. They are personable, thorough, and knowledgeable. Customizing each customers needs.
The customer service at this location is amazing!!! Definitely will not go any where else for tires!!!
Taylor is the best of the best. He found a nail in my tire and was able to repair it. They also rotated my tires and I was out of there with in less than an hour!
Got a nail in my tire...got there at 8 am..fixed my tire rotated and balanced my tires, and put my spare away for me, and had me out of there by 830...Taylor was great...thank you to the crew at the lake land DT...everyone was very nice, and answered all my questions as well...I have been dealing with Discount Tire for years, and have never had a problem with them...
