This is the Beat Tire Place!! My husband and I have been coming here for years and not once have we been disappointed! Every time we come we get the Beat Service. Every manager and employee is super nice and helpful. Today they even helped us with our Tesla 🙌🏼 They had the puck (think that’s what it’s called 😆) we needed to protect our batteries 🔋 Thanks for always being prepared your customers truly appreciate it!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 98 North Lakeland 😉

Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend!! I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time (to plug my tire) hoping to get in earlier and get my son to his TaeKwonDo class on time. They were a lot busier than I expected. I was willing to take an Uber as to not be late for my son’s class, but the staff at Discount Tire went above and beyond and got my tire taken care of right away! Much appreciated!!

I bring my car here for a tire rotation every 6 weeks, this time they tell me my lug nuts on one tire are bad because someone pounded them in last time...um, that would be you guys?!?! Now they want to charge 45 for a set of lugnuts that are not even the correct fit? That's a big Nope!!! Really missing the customer service that we used to receive back in Texas. Will be taking our business elsewhere sad to say.
